Role Overview : We are seeking motivated and dedicated individuals to join our team as a Sales and Acquisitions Associate.

This role is ideal for those who are passionate about real estate and eager to learn how to identify quality properties and build a rental portfolio.

All of this is done in a dynamic and supportive environment. As a commission-only position, your income potential is directly tied to your performance, with substantial opportunities for growth and advancement.

At NetWorth, we provide all the training you will need to build a business at America's premier wholesale residential real estate brokerage.

Key Responsibilities : Training & Development : Participate in a month of shadowing, followed by ongoing training to help you reach your full potential.

Consistent Daily Inputs : Responsible for ensuring that your time each day is spent wisely doing revenue-generating activities that you will be trained on.

Client Interaction : Meet with prospective buyers, present property options, and provide expert advice on rehab as well NPO (NetWorth Price Opinion) to guide their decisions.

Market Awareness : Stay updated on market conditions to offer relevant insights and recommendations. Transaction Management : Utilize our proprietary software to streamline efforts and track transactions;

work with title companies to ensure smooth closings. Client Relationships : Build and maintain strong face-to-face relationships with new and existing clients to develop the type of business relationship you will need to help you be successful.

Networking : Continuously expand your client base through networking and proactive outreach. Requirements : Real Estate License : You must have an active license in your state to start.

We will consider candidates who are actively working on obtaining their license, but it must be in place before beginning employment.

Sales Aptitude : Comfort with speaking to people both on the phone and in person and developing personal and business relationships.

Honesty & Integrity : Adherence to company guidelines, mission statement, and core values is essential. Full-Time Commitment : This is a full-time position, requiring time, dedication, and sacrifice to be successful.

Education : A college degree is preferred but not required as long as you have a strong drive to succeed. Details : Position : Full-Time, Outside / Inside Sales Pay Structure : Commission-based with bonuses and incentives, as well as company trips, cash, lunches, contests, etc.

Income : Average On-Target Earnings (OTE) for the first year is $89,000. High achievers with superior performance have the potential to earn significantly more.
