Job DescriptionCrestCore Property Management is Seeking a Property Manager to join our team!The Property Manager would be the primary support position for the District Portfolio Manager.
This role is responsible for auditing, managing, and coordinating Maintenance Requests from Tenants. There is tremendous potential for growth and movement within the company in this position.
Job duties include but are not limited to :
- Reviewing Maintenance Requests and determining if additional information is needed from Tenants to complete work
- Coaching junior team members on prioritizing and categorizing Maintenance Requests and speaking with Tenants
- Outreach to Tenants to handle Maintenance concerns
- Review of correspondence and quotes sent to Clients
- Communication with Clients regarding Maintenance quotes and timelines
- Generating and analyzing Maintenance Reporting
- Monitoring how long Maintenance Requests have been open
- Coordinating with and dispatching maintenance vendors for job completion
- Outreach to City Code Inspectors if Violations are received
- Outreach to Section 8 agencies to coordinate inspections
- Greeting prospective clients, tenants, and owners in the office
- Upload and update property information and tenant information in our property management system
- Onboarding new Tenants, including reviewing standard policies, methods to make rent payments, and how to put Maintenance Requests in the Tenant Portal
- Front desk management includes answering and routing phone calls, sorting mail, and printing notices for posting or to mail.Qualifications :
- 2-5 years of experience in the property management or construction field preferred
- Exceptional communication skills, outgoing and friendly
- Solution oriented
- Takes extreme ownership of all jobs and requests
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to analyze situations and find creative solutions to benefit both Clients & Tenants
