Job Title : Parts Coordinator

Location : South Bend, Indiana

Job Type : Contract-to-Hire

Schedule : Monday–Friday, 7 : 00 AM – 3 : 30 PM, Onsite

Job Overview :

We are seeking a detail-oriented Parts Coordinator to support our maintenance team and assist with the implementation of a new CMMS software system. This role is responsible for managing inventory, processing orders, and ensuring timely availability of parts for operations and customer service. The ideal candidate will have experience in inventory control, data entry, and vendor coordination.

Key Responsibilities :

• Monitor and maintain inventory levels of parts and supplies.
• Process orders, backorders, and returns accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely deliveries and resolve discrepancies.
• Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
• Respond to inquiries regarding part availability, pricing, and substitutions.
• Support maintenance teams with parts-related needs and documentation.
• Maintain organized records of purchases, invoices, and inventory data.

This is an onsite role with potential for advancement into a supply chain position, including purchasing and procurement responsibilities. Performance-based pay increases are available upon permanent placement.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00 / hr.
