This position is open to local residents of Boston, MA and is remote
JOB DESCRIPTION
As part of our team, you’ll be instrumental in negotiating property acquisitions and sales. You’ll regularly connect with investors and sellers through phone, text, and email to close deals and finalize pricing.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Effectively negotiate property pricing
- Conduct daily property comparisons
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
- Meet daily KPI metrics to drive long-term success
- Collaborate with a dynamic team and love what you do!
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Proficient in computer skills
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Sales experience
- Positive, proactive attitude
PAY STRUCTURE
The pay is commission based and the commission potential is anywhere between $40,000 - $100,000 Per Year.
