We are seeking an experienced and passionate Food & Beverage Manager to oversee our F&B operations. This role involves managing all aspects of our food and beverage services, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while driving profitability and efficiency.
Requirements / Responsibilities Operational Excellence : Lead and manage daily food and beverage operations, ensuring consistently high standards of service, product quality, and cleanliness are maintained across all departments.
Staff Scheduling & Labor Management : Create and oversee staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours while optimizing labor costs and adhering to local labor laws.
Leadership & Team Development : Recruit, train and manage the food and beverage team, cultivating a positive, motivated, and collaborative work environment that emphasizes continuous improvement and high team morale.
Implement continuous training programs to keep staff up-to-date while promoting professional growth within the team.Strategic Menu Development : Partner with culinary teams to create and update innovative, on-trend menus that utilize seasonal ingredients, balancing creativity with profitability and customer appeal.
Financial Oversight & Cost Management : Develop and manage departmental budgets, closely monitor expenses, and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality, to maximize profitability.
Efficient Inventory Management : Streamline the procurement, storage, and inventory processes, ensuring adequate stock levels, reducing waste, and minimizing discrepancies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors, negotiating favorable contracts to ensure high-quality products at competitive prices.
Exceptional Guest Experience : Actively engage with guests to ensure an outstanding dining experience, promptly addressing feedback or concerns to build lasting customer loyalty.
Regulatory Compliance & Safety : Maintain a thorough understanding of health, safety, and sanitation regulations, ensuring full compliance with local, state, and company standards, while fostering a culture of safety.
