What you’ll do?We’re looking for a Procurement and Manufacturing Manager to join RailComm and be responsible for all aspects of purchasing, procurement, manufacturing planning and material handling.

Our Procurement and Manufacturing Manager directs and oversees the organization’s procurement, manufacturing and assembly processes.

You’ll look after equipment and raw materials purchases while ensuring the maintenance and layout of the manufacturing assembly area.

You’ll monitor and evaluate the workflow and assembly methods and makes recommendations for process improvements. You will also oversee staffing, scheduling, and training for production while ensuring manufacturing performance and quality targets are met in support of the project schedules and parts orders.

This role is also designated as the RailComm Export Control Officer (ECO).Who you will be We want to make sure you’re set for success so the key skills we’re looking for in the role are below.
