Responsibilities :
- Reading Blueprints : Interpret technical blueprints and design models to understand the specifications and requirements.
- Programming : Write and optimize CNC programs using CAD / CAM software to control the machining process.
- Machine Setup : Set up CNC machines, including loading raw materials and selecting the appropriate tools.
- Operation : Operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, milling, and turning.
- Quality Control : Inspect finished products to ensure they meet design specifications using precision measuring tools.
- Troubleshooting : Diagnose and resolve issues with CNC machines and programs.
- Maintenance : Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on CNC equipment.
- Documentation : Maintain accurate records of CNC programs and machine maintenance.
Skills and Qualifications :
- Technical Skills : Proficiency in CNC programming and machine operation.
- Blueprint Reading : Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and design models.
- Attention to Detail : Ensuring precision in machining processes and final products.
- Problem-Solving : Strong troubleshooting skills to resolve machine and programming issues.
