Injury Litigation Attorney
Osborn Gambale Beckely & Budd PLLC (located in Raleigh, NC) is looking for litigation associate attorneys with 3-7 years of experience, preferably in plaintiff-side personal injury litigation.
Ideal candidates are self-motivated, quick-to-learn, and interested in personal injury or workers' compensation. Under the supervision of our partners, you will play a major role in assisting and managing our cases with the goal of developing your own independent case load.
For more experienced or capable candidates, our firm will furnish cases, provide marketing opportunities, and help them build a client network that should develop into a personal, organic referral base.
Our competitive and transparent compensation and bonus scheme strongly incentivizes case origination and individual performance.
There is no cap or limit to the amounts you can earn at our firm. Strong networking abilities or connections to local organizations are an asset and will be factored into hiring decisions.

Responsibilities :
- Support lead attorneys in all aspects of litigation
- Client communications
- Answer discovery
- Research and writing for motions and briefs
- Attend hearings, mediation, depositions, and trials
Salary
$65,000 - $85,000 base salary depending on level of experience
