Position Summary
The Senior Product Management focus specializes in designing, developing and managing activities for a specific hardware or software product or group of products from product definition and planning through production, release, and end of life.
Serves as the central resource with design, process, manufacturing, test, quality, and marketing as the product(s) move to production and distribution.
The Product Manager for the PTG / Felt Tables business is responsible for driving the content portfolio planning and coordinating the development for the product portfolio.
Ensures R&D investment aligns with commercial goals and portfolio management. Manages the product needs of commercial partners, delivers technical product requirements to R&D, ensures development conforms to product expectations, consults with global product partners, and maintains a competitive product offering to the market.
Communicate product requirements to R&D. Provide oversight through the development cycle, ushering through various StageGates.
Develops and implements methods and procedures with the technical project management team for monitoring projects in order to inform management of current status of each project
Optimize Products Performance to guarantee our customers the best solution.
This role serves as primary liaison between compliance, commercial, and design & development teams for all product in PTG / Felt business vertical.
Provide support to department management, senior management, cross-department peers, Sales, and customers on product information via presentations, product briefs, and other demonstrations.
Supports internal reporting requirements for product management department
Assist the commercialization efforts including pre-launch coordination with Marketing, Sales, Manufacturing, etc.
This person is the product expert for PTG / Felt product line, understanding L&W product and the competitive position of other vendors in this market space.
Delivers product focused on maintaining a competitive advantage, library, and world class customer experience.
Oversees the product test program to ensure the commercial teams are receiving and pushing the best PTG / Felt content to the market.
Qualifications
Training and / or Experience
8 12 years’ experience in product management or similar product ownership role.
Previous experience in gaming and PTG / Felt background preferred.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :
Strong awareness of PTG / Felt gaming industry trends
Deep knowledge of PTG / Felt gaming content
Self-directed, highly motivated, thorough, and accurate
Ability to prioritize multiple projects
Ability to work in fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Capable of coordinating efforts with members of a cross-functional team
Analytical and problem-solving abilities
Systematic and methodical abilities to reach a desired result
Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Ability to build relationships with colleagues & customers at all levels
Education :
Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
