We are seeking an experienced Senior SailPoint Identity Now (ISC) System Administrator / Developer to join our dynamic team.
In this role, this resource will be responsible for the design, development, customization, implementation, and administration of solutions using SailPoint Identity Now (ISC) platform.
This resource will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, provide technical guidance, and deliver scalable, efficient solutions that meet business needs.
Top 3 Required Skills / Experience :
Experience in designing, developing, and implementing solutions using SailPoint Identity Now (ISC) platform / minimum of 5 years of experience.
Strong proficiency in PowerShell and Java / J2EE development, including customization of SailPoint Identity Now (ISC) workflows and connectors / minimum of 3 years of experience.
Strong knowledge of Cloud, Networking and Telecom concepts / minimum of 5 years of experience

Experience and solid understanding of identity and access management (IAM) concepts and best practices (Governance and Administration, Access Management and Privilege Access Management) / minimum of 5 years of experience.
Proven track record of delivering successful SailPoint Identity Now (ISC) implementations from inception to completion / minimum of 3 years of experience.
Experience on collaboration with business stakeholders, architects, and analysts to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications / minimum of 5 years of experience.

Excellent SailPoint Identity Now (ISC) analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
SailPoint certifications (e.g., SailPoint Certified Identity Now Engineer) preferred.
