Event Sales Associate Responsibilities :

  • Provide customers with accurate and reliable information using provided tools and training.
  • Promote brand recognition at local retail events alongside your Event Sales Associate team members.
  • Maintain high compliance standards for our clients and personal brand by upholding professionalism in customer interactions and the sales process.
  • Greet customers and effectively address any specific questions regarding products and services.
  • Analyze customer concerns and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Lead customer-facing interactions, including but not limited to acquisition, retention, and increased sales, by delivering an exceptional customer experience.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of all client products, services, deals, and promotions to ensure customers are well-informed.

Event Sales Associate Requirements :

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Reliable transportation is required as this is an on-site role.
  • A high school diploma or GED is strongly preferred.
  • Previous experience in event sales, customer service, retail, or sales is preferred.
  • Self-starter with the ability to excel individually as well as in team projects.
  • Friendly, outgoing, professional, and confident demeanor.
  • Ambitious, eager, and enthusiastic to take on new challenges.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Team player with a collaborative spirit.
