Location : Rogers, Minnesota

What You'll Do

• Load Delivery Trucks : Build individual loads for deliveries using pre-assigned route sheets, handling cases of beer, soda, and kegs.
• Utilize Pick Sheets : Follow pick sheets to ensure accuracy and efficiency in order fulfillment.
• Operate Equipment : Use a pallet jack and forklift (training provided) to move products safely and effectively.
• Maintain Safety Standards : Operate in a safe manner, consistent with company safety policies.
• Work Overtime : Be comfortable with working overtime as needed to meet delivery schedules.

What We’re Looking ForEssential Skills :

• General Labor : Efficient in manual handling and loading products.
• Order Picking : Experience with order picking and palletizing.
• Forklift Operation : Ability to operate forklifts (training will be provided).

Additional Skills & Qualifications :

• Stable Work History : A reliable and consistent attendance record.
• Fast-Paced Environment : Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting.
• Physical Capability : Must be able to lift 30 lbs repetitively every day.

Work Environment

Warehouse Setting : Work in a large warehouse environment with hours typically from 7 : 30 PM until done , usually finishing between 3 AM and 6 AM .
