Job Description :

• Development and implementation of the IT visionstrategy and roadmap for both CAS and the Avionics division alignedto business goals and objectives.
• Manage theAvionics IT portfolio of projects applications systems andinfrastructure ensuring the delivery of highquality costeffectiveand timely solutions.
• Establish and maintainstrong relationships with the internal and external stakeholdersincluding business leaders customers suppliers and regulatorsidentifying and building highly engaged and inspired integrated ITresources to deliver on identified objectives leveraging offshore3rd party resources where appropriate also.
• Ensure IT compliance with relevant standards policies andregulations such as ISO20000 ISO27001 ITIL and CMMC v2.
• Innovatively and systematically build a problemsolvingenvironment by demonstrating and modeling thought leadershipinfluence communication negotiation and conflictresolution.
• Develop skills and abilities ofassigned IT team members through mentoring coaching and continuousimprovement.
• Support a service improvementculture within the global IT team. Partnering with business unitProgram Management Offices (PMO) on implementation updates and bestpractice sharing on processes tools training and lessons learned tocontinuously improve and grow the capability of the global IT team.
• Support efforts to reduce the globalapplication footprint and focus on standardization of apps acrossall locations wherever possible.
• Monitor andevaluate the IT risks issues and opportunities within the Avionicsdivision and implement appropriate mitigation and contingency plansas needed.

Qualifications :

• BSC / BA level degree in Information Technologyor complimentary equivalent.
• 10 years in ITleadership roles preferably in the aerospace industry oralternative high tech manufacturing business with global presence.
• A demonstrated depth and breadth in businessacumen across the major functional disciplines (Finance SupplyChain Manufacturing).
• Demonstrated leadershipcapability and the ability to affect organizational change inchallenging environments. Must be adept at achieving resultsthrough multiple organizations and functions sometimes withcompeting priorities.

Skilled in interpersonal influence persuasionand negotiation.

Demonstrated communicationskills both written and verbal at all levels of the organization.Skilled in building customer and subcontractor relationships whilebalancing strategic objectives.

Adept listener and publicspeaker.

• Experience in managing environmentsutilizing Microsoft 365 Microsoft Azure SAP or ServiceNowpreferred.
• Experience in managing 3rd partyManaged Service Provider and / or Managed Security ServiceProvider.
• Highly motivated adaptable andresilient with a passion for innovation and serviceexcellence.
• Ability to travel (domestic orinternational) up to 25%.
