Are you a skilled maintenance professional with experience in both mechanical and electrical repairs? Midway Staffing is seeking a 2nd Shift Maintenance Mechanic who is ready to take on the challenge of maintaining essential equipment in diverse environments.

Position : Maintenance Mechanic (2nd Shift)
Location : Carol Stream, IL
Pay Rate : $30-$34 / hour
Shift : 1 : 00 PM - 12 : 00 AM (Monday to Friday, with some Saturdays and overtime)
Key Responsibilities :
- Repair, maintain, and install production or building equipment as needed.
- Conduct mechanical and electrical maintenance and repairs across the facility.
- Work with HVAC systems and maintain safe operating conditions, including Lock Out / Tag Out procedures.
- Operate effectively in extreme hot and cold environments to support equipment functionality.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in maintenance or a similar role.
- Familiarity with HVAC systems and Lock Out / Tag Out safety procedures.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and repair skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively.
Benefits :
- Sign-On Bonus : $2,000 payable after successful completion of the first 90 days.
