BENEFIT TO YOU :

• Starting Pay - $25 / hour, (6-10 hours of on-field training at $22 hours and then immediate increase to $25 / hour after successfully completing initial training)
• Pay increases of $1 / hour every season (8-10 weeks), if coaching review is successfully passed
• After initial training, Part time coaches coach between 4 and 29 sessions per week, depending on work availability

WHAT YOU NEED :

• Passion for early education and positively impacting youth
• Reliable transportation and a valid Drivers License
• High School Diploma
• Eligible to work in the U.S., to include passing a Child Abuse History Clearance and Background Check.
• Coaching and playing experience is preferred but not required. We will train you!

HOURS :

At least TWO (2) Weekday mornings (Monday-Friday) from 9 : 00-11 : 30am are required Weekend mornings from 9 : 00am-12 : 00pm

A DAY IN THE LIFE :

• Safely manage a class of up to 15 children
• Implement our curriculum which focuses on skill and character development
• Arrive on-time to your locations and provide a positive customer experience to faculty and families
• Maintain equipment and manage your class rosters
• Go home knowing you made a difference

OUR CULTURE :

Pickup soccer games, community events, team dinners and end-of-season parties are very common within our organization.
