Qualifications

  • ASE certification a plus but not required.
  • At least B level qualifications and experience
  • Mechanical / troubleshooting skills and ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
  • Excellent customer service skills and basic computer competencies
  • Positive, friendly attitude, and good work ethic
  • Teammate with ability to collaborate with others effectively.
  • You must have your own tools.
  • Valid driver's license and pass MVR

Responsibilities

  • Inspect and test vehicles to identify necessary and applicable repairs Test-drive vehicles, and test components / systems, using diagnostic tools and equipment.
  • Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, electrical, steering, brakes, heating, air conditioning, etc.
  • Communicate directly with the service writer or manager so that customers are informed of any services needed.
  • Perform vehicle repair and maintenance as assigned on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with our standards.
  • Complete necessary paperwork and documentation for all maintenance and repairs.
