Qualifications
- ASE certification a plus but not required.
- At least B level qualifications and experience
- Mechanical / troubleshooting skills and ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
- Excellent customer service skills and basic computer competencies
- Positive, friendly attitude, and good work ethic
- Teammate with ability to collaborate with others effectively.
- You must have your own tools.
- Valid driver's license and pass MVR
Responsibilities
- Inspect and test vehicles to identify necessary and applicable repairs Test-drive vehicles, and test components / systems, using diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, electrical, steering, brakes, heating, air conditioning, etc.
- Communicate directly with the service writer or manager so that customers are informed of any services needed.
- Perform vehicle repair and maintenance as assigned on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with our standards.
- Complete necessary paperwork and documentation for all maintenance and repairs.
