Job Description
Planet Technology’s direct end-user client is seeking a Workday Recruiting Architect to join them on a hybrid, direct hire opportunity! You would be part of the HR Shared Services product management team.
This role involves system configuration and works with HR Technology and global COEs to maintain the Workday system and processes.
They are seeking a Workday Recruiting Architect to own the product and are looking for someone who has configuration experience in one or more Workday modules : HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Payroll and / or Talent & Recruiting.
Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with the HR Program Director to manage Workday configuration strategy.
- Lead global advisory meetings and design sessions.
- Work with internal tech teams and vendors to align systems and processes.
- Create proof of concepts and suggest streamlined business processes.
Qualifications :
- Experience configuring Workday modules like HCM, Compensation, Payroll, etc.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Manages multiple priorities with urgency.
