City Light Commercial Services(CLCS) is a fully licensed contractor in the state of Tennessee. We are the in-house maintenance / property renovation company for CrestCore Property Management - serving over 3,000 rental homes in the Memphis area.

CLCS also bids on outside residential and commercial construction projects. Both CityLight Commercial Services and CrestCore Realty and Property Management are in the portfolio of companies under the 6am Core Collective umbrella. www.6amcc.com

We are seeking experienced Carpenters.

Job Description :

• Take measurements and calculate the size and amount of material needed
• Cut, shape and smooth lumber and other material (e.g. fiberglass) according to measurements
• Layout floorings, roofings or drywalls ensuring they are leveled and compatible
• Repair sheetrock- painting
• Replace doors
• Replace fascia boards

Qualifications :

• Valid driver’s license
• Basic carpentry skills
• At least two years experience as a carpenter
• Strong math and measurement skills
• Willing to submit to pre-employment drug screen and background check
• A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed. You must be honest about your record upfront.
