Job Duties :
- Oversee the scheduling and management of QC Technicians
- Develop and implement robust Food Safety and Quality programs
- Ensure compliance with Corporate Policies, Procedures, USDA, FDA GMPs, and customer requirements
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively
- Maintain accurate calibration records for all instruments and equipment
- Conduct regular GMP audits of the manufacturing facility
- Facilitate positive release and Hold / release processes for products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, or a related scientific field
- 5-10 years of experience in quality control within the food manufacturing industry
- HACCP Certification
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong mathematical aptitude and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset
