We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Instructor to join our dynamic team in Jacksonville, FL. The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in real estate, exceptional communication skills, and a genuine passion for teaching and mentoring others.
As a Real Estate Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and informative classes, workshops, and training sessions to our students.
Compensation : Commission Only (Avg. $50,000-$100,000 yearly)

Responsibilities :
- Stay Current with Industry Trends : Continuously monitor the latest trends, regulations, and developments in the real estate industry to ensure course content remains up-to-date and relevant.
- Evaluate Student Performance : Assess student progress through assignments, exams, and various evaluation methods, providing constructive feedback and guidance for improvement.
- Collaborate with Team : Work closely with other instructors and staff to ensure a cohesive and effective educational experience for students.
- Develop Study Guides : Craft detailed and impactful study guides tailored to help candidates prepare for the Florida Real Estate Salesperson Licensing Exam.
- Create Instructional Videos : Produce engaging instructional video lectures based on the study guide content to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of the material.
- Provide Student Support : Assist students by addressing inquiries and offering additional support to those facing challenges with the course content.
Actively engage with students to enhance their learning experience.
Ensure Alignment with Licensing Requirements : Ensure pre-licensing course materials fully comply with the Florida Real Estate Commission’s licensing requirements.
Qualifications :
- A valid and current Florida Real Estate Instructor License.
- Extensive knowledge of Florida real estate laws, industry practices, and current market trends.
- Proven experience in teaching or instructing, particularly in real estate education.
- Strong understanding of Florida Real Estate Salesperson licensing requirements and course materials.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for effectively conveying complex real estate concepts.
- Ability to establish positive and engaging relationships with students.
