Responsibilities :

• Offer personalized assistance with daily living activities, including grooming, bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
• Provide companionship, active listening, and emotional support to enhance our client’s quality of life.
• Assure that medication is taken and maintain detailed records to ensure the well-being of our seniors.
• Create a safe and comfortable living space, keeping rooms tidy and organized.
• Engage clients in meaningful activities and exercises that promote mental and physical well-being.
• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to tailor care plans to individual needs.
• Be a source of encouragement and motivation, empowering seniors to maintain their independence.

Requirements :

• A heartwarming passion for caregiving and a genuine love for the elderly.
• Previous experience in caregiving, nursing, or a related field is an advantage, but we welcome those with a strong desire to learn and grow in this role.
• Exceptional communication skills to build strong connections with our residents and their families.
