Unit Managers-Nursing Home
Located near Armonk, NY
An elegant skilled nursing, long term care facility located near Armonk, NYis currently seeking strong Unit Managers.
Responsibilities of the Unit Managers-Nursing Home :
- Assist with patient’s examinations and / or questions.
- Implement and interpret organizational policies and procedures, and nursing standards and regulations.
- Assists with preparing the departmental fiscal budget.
Qualifications of the Unit Managers-Nursing Home :
- Must have NY RN license
- Must have a minimum of two years’ experience as a Unit Manager in a skilled nursing setting
- Must have long term care or subacute experience
- Must use Point Click Care as an electronic medical record
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Must have strong leadership skills and a passion for providing exceptional care
