What will I do as an employee with Redstone?
As the Executive Director of Home and Community Based Services , supporting the Redstone mission will include the following responsibilities :
- Operations Management : Oversees daily operations, ensures quality standards, develops policies, and fosters positive relationships with staff and external organizations.
- Strategic Planning : Develops local strategic plans, identifies new programs, and leads program implementation.
- Community Relations : Builds relationships with community organizations, represents the organization at events, and establishes the organization as a leader in community services.
- Quality and Compliance : Oversees quality assurance processes, ensures compliance with regulations, and leads quality improvement initiatives.
- Financial Management : Develops and manages budgets, monitors financial performance, and works with finance teams to ensure financial stability.
- Employee Relations : Recruits, hires, and develops employees, fosters a positive work environment, and provides training and development opportunities.
What do I need to qualify for this role with Redstone?
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, Master's degree preferred.
- Five (5) years experience in a supervisory capacity in home health care / hospice / community health management.
- Must have demonstrated skills / experience in the area of fiscal accountability.
