LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Medical Biller for a full-time contract to hire position in Cincinnati, OH. This is a great opportunity with an organization who is seeking an experienced candidate to start immediately! The anticipated pay rate range for this position is between $18 and $22.
Responsibilities :
- Answering patient and third-party questions
- Addressing any billing concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Calling insurance companies on claims and following up
- Follow up, appeals and denials
Experience / Requirements :
- High school diploma or GED required.
- EPIC experience preferred
- Hospital or Physician billing experience
- Medicare / Medicaid, commercial or government payor experience preferred
- Clearing housing experience
- Knowledge of insurance policies
- Knowledge of registration
- Basic knowledge of cpt codes and ICD-10
Hours :
- M-F 8-5pm (flexible schedule)
- Onsite for 6 months then hybrid / remote options
