The Operations Director oversees the daily operations of the bank. This role manages the Operations Department and oversees the departmental service standards & goals for the Deposit Services / Card Services / Fraud Departments, Purchasing / Facilities / Maintenance / Mailroom Departments, and the Information Technology / Electronic Banking / Payroll Complete Departments.
The Director also works to identify threats to the Bank, assess Bank vulnerability, and determine risk - implementing control strategies to reduce risk.
Finally, this role acts as the Bank's BSA Officer - overseeing the Bank Secrecy Act, Information Security, and Identity Theft.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in bank operations
- 5 years experience in bank operations
- 5 years experience in management
This is an onsite position in Waukesha, WI
