As the Manager , Intelligent Process Automation, you will be part of our Operational Excellence and Intelligent Automation team.
You will be passionate about leveraging intelligent process automation as well as AI capabilities to enhance HR processes, improve efficiency, and drive innovation.
As a Manager, Intelligent Process Automation, you will play a critical role in supporting our HR strategy by identifying opportunities for intelligent automation, reviewing, and implementing AI solutions, and driving digital process transformation within the HR function.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategy Support and Planning :
Collaborate with HR leadership to support a forward-looking intelligent process automation and AI strategy for the organization.
Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer experiences through intelligent process automation and AI technologies.
Identify HR processes and workflows that can be streamlined with intelligent automation and AI capabilities.
Evaluate and select intelligent automation platforms, AI tools and vendors to support HR initiatives.
Lead the development of a sustainable HR intelligent process automation and AI governance framework and actively participate in enterprise-wide AI governance efforts.
In partnership with HRIS team, develop an RPA pillar within HR Operations to scale development efforts.
Implementation and Integration :
In collaboration with COE functions, lead the analysis and implementation of intelligent process automation and AI-driven solutions for recruitment, employee onboarding, performance management, compensation and benefits, and other HR processes.
Apply intelligent automation and AI tools to automate and transform work that would otherwise be disparate, manual, or time-consuming.
Ensure seamless integration of tools with existing systems and processes.
Work closely with HRIS team to build and deploy machine learning models for predictive analytics, workforce planning, and employee engagement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT / BPT, legal, compliance) to integrate AI solutions seamlessly into existing HR systems.
Lead change management efforts, as intelligent process automation and AI adoption often requires organizational shifts.
Monitoring and Improvement :
Evaluate performance of processes enhanced by intelligent automation and AI tools, adjusting, and modifying approach for continuous improvement, as necessary.
Monitor and measure the impact of intelligent process automation and AI initiatives, providing regular reports that track performance.
Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations in all intelligent process automation and AI projects and programs.
Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to intelligent process automation and AI in HR.
Oversee the ServiceNow HR knowledge base to maintain high-quality content for optimal intelligent process automation and AI utilization.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in HR systems, machine learning, and automation within an HR context with proven track record of delivering successful projects and solutions.
Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS
Proficiency in robotic process automation (RPA) tools (Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, etc.) and AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.).
Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and chatbots.
Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and practices.
Excellent project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Master’s degree in Business Administration, Analytics, Statistics, Finance, Economics, or Engineering.
Experience in relevant Consumer Product Goods (CPG) industry with a global footprint.
Strong knowledge and skills in data engineering, data modeling, data quality, data governance and data visualization.
Strong leadership, management, and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead and inspire teams, and work effectively with stakeholders across the organization.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills, with the ability to handle ambiguity and uncertainty.

Occasional regional and global travel.
This is an onsite role in Racine, WI.
Remote work is available up to one day per week for eligible employees.
This role is eligible for domestic relocation.
