SALT Dental Collective is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring our patients have a positive experience from the moment they walk through our doors.
Responsibilities include :
- Greeting and checking in patients
- Scheduling appointments and managing the appointment calendar
- Handling patient inquiries and providing excellent customer service
- Collecting and processing patient payments and insurance information
- Maintaining accurate patient records and updating patient information
We are looking for someone who is friendly, detail-oriented, and has strong communication skills. A background in medical or dental office administration is preferred.

Dental Office : Brewer Dental Center, Billings, MT
- We offer flexible work schedules. 4-10 hour shifts, or 5-8 hours shifts.

Pay Rate : $18-$24 / hr
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have :
- At least 6 months prior experience in a dental office setting
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in computer systems and ability to learn new software quickly
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of insurance billing and verification processes
- Experience with patient scheduling and managing appointments
