Position Summary
The Operations Services Department is responsible to drive sales building tactics and remove barriers to sales building success.
This team manages projects, rollouts and initiatives at the store level. The successful candidate is an accomplished results driver who is willing to put in the time necessary to ensure success and can work equally well alone and as part of a team.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
- Compel completion by others of assigned tasks and responsibilities.
- Make outbound calls to ensure operational readiness for holidays, special events and new product rollouts.
- Enforce compliance and adherence to Company and Franchise standards.
- Drive sales and cash flow opportunities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues around sales (i.e. printer and reporting issues).
- Resolve guest experience issues.
- Track and follow up on incomplete tasks.
- Communicate sales updates and alerts throughout the day.
- Prepare reports for morning meetings.
- Manage schedules of field-based team.
Prerequisites :
- Proven results in taking tasks to completion.
- Strong working knowledge of excel necessary.
- Strong sense of urgency required.
- Previous experience as a restaurant manager helpful but not required.
- Although mainly an in-office role, it will have required weekend and evening responsibilities from a remote location.
- We will provide paid training. We will not provide relocation expenses.
