and would also be able to utilize these documents to coordinate work on site with other tradesComplete required paperwork and diligently processes daily reports, next week plans, and accident reports,Run and manage large scale commercial plumbing and construction projectsProven experience managing multiple crews from Foreman level personnel to ApprenticesProven ability to coordinate with other trades to complete plumbing scope of work within project scheduleAccountable for the safe performance of personnel and equipment on their job sitesProven ability to plan aheadUnderstands the flow of the project and can communicate with the operations or project manager on current or future labor needed on the jobUnderstanding / complies with the company tool policy and can communicate these values to less experienced employeesRequirementsExperience running and managing commercial plumbing jobsJourneyman plumber licenseExperience in overseeing job site personnel - foreman through apprenticeExperience completing required documentation electronicallyEffective communication skills, both verbally as well as writtenComplies and promotes company Safety PolicyAbility to stand, bend, squat, kneel and comfortably lift up to 50 lbs.
