What you'll be doing :

We are seeking a reliable and organized entry level Office staff to join our team and contribute to the smooth operation of our office and client service.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive individual with excellent communication and organizational skills. As an Office staff, you will undertake a variety of tasks to support daily operations and ensure efficient workflow.

Responsibilities :

• Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department.
• Manage and organize office files, records, and documents.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of information.
• Assist with scheduling client appointments and coordinate with scheduling specialist.
• Monitor and order office supplies as needed.
• Perform other tasks as assigned including caregiving if needed.
• Handle general office tasks, including photocopying, scanning, and faxing.
• Maintain a clean and organized office environment.

What we're looking for :

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Some experience as an office assistant and caregiving is very desirable.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Must have strong work ethics and ability to learn quickly.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
• Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles is a plus.
• Must be detail oriented and display a positive work ethic.
• Ability to perform caregiving task with clients on as needed basis.

Compensation : $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
