The selected candidate will have at least 4 years’ experience and will be responsible for managing the successful delivery of survey projects.

This position can work out of Norwood, MA, Meriden, CT or Warwick, RI offices.

Responsibilities :

  • Project scoping and estimating
  • Manage field crews and perform Boundary Surveying, Construction Stakeout and ALTA surveys
  • Manage projects and budgets
  • Travel to job sites
  • Maintain quality control and keep the work on schedule and within budget.
  • Preparation of proposals
  • Resource planning
  • Client contact
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with along with organizational skills are required for this position.

Professional license is required

This individual will work closely with BL’s Survey Management team and will participate in overall operations of the department.

The candidate will also participate in BL’s leadership development programs and will have a unique opportunity to make a broad and significant contribution to BL’s growth while advancing their leadership skills.

Required Experience :

  • Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license required
  • Valid Drivers License
  • CAD, GPS, and Robotic knowledge
  • 4+ years experience in Land surveying
