Position Summary

We are seeking a talented and experienced Video Editor / Post Producer / DIT to join our LA team. You will be responsible for editing a variety of video content, including workout classes, interviews, vlogs, and branded content for delivery across multiple social and streaming platforms.

Proficiency in color correction and working with professional video formats using standard NLEs is essential. We are looking for someone with a creative and aesthetic eye who can ensure that content aligns with our visual and stylistic standards.

You will have the opportunity to develop and put into practice your narrative / story telling skills by editing regular content for our Youtube channel with 1 million+ subscribers.

You will have the opportunity to be involved on the production side with media management, monitoring, storage and camera work.

Full time and part time positions available.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit a wide range of high quality video content, including workout classes, interviews, vlogs, and branded content, ensuring high-quality and engaging final products.
• Perform color correction and grading to enhance the visual appeal of the videos.
• Work with professional video formats and use standard editing software / NLEs.
• Collaborate with the production team to manage and organize footage during shoots.
• Ingest media and manage storage solutions to maintain an efficient workflow.
• Ensure all video content is formatted for delivery across social media and streaming platforms.
• Maintain up-to-date expertise in video editing software, techniques, and trends.
• Assist in maintaining the organization and accessibility of our media library.
• Ensure that all footage aligns with the brand's visual and aesthetic standards, maintaining consistency in style and quality across all content.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Video Editor, Post Producer or similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of video content in different formats.
• Proficiency in color correction and grading.
• Expertise in using standard NLE systems.
• Experience with professional video formats and workflows.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Understanding of current social media content trends.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Passion for women's fitness, wellness and / or fashion a plus.
• Must be LA based.
