This multispecialty medical and surgical eye care practice with a strong family eye care foundation, has well-established locations across the state of Iowa.
This position is located in West Des Moines, Iowa.We are seeking a Chief Financial Officer to provide operational and financial guidance to the organization and reports directly to the CEO and the Board of Directors.
Serve as an integral member of the executive management team, acts as an important advisor to the board on strategic matters related to budgeting, acquisitions & feasibility analysis, risk management, cash flow and corporate financing.
Lead and direct the financial operation of the organization while managing an outstanding accounting team.Candidate must have exceptional interpersonal skills in order to lead all internal and external financial management and finance-related services for the organization.
Over the top candidate will have 10+ years of public accounting experience coupled with progressive private industry experience proven success in digging into the details to figure something out and come to a conclusion.
