Qualifications :
- 3+ years of IT support / Desktop Support experience
- Active Directory / O365 / Intune / VPN, etc.
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Experience with hardware / software rollouts, migrations, and upgrades.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Strong customer service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work overtime when necessary.
This is a full-time role, in-office in Century City / Los Angeles, CA.
