Job Description :
Premier printing and marketing company in MA is adding a Customer Service Supervisor to their management team.Responsibilities include : Oversee the day to day operations of the customer service department in a busy print manufacturing environment.
Liaison among the production personnel, sales, clients and CSR's.Set department procedures to improve efficiency and work flows.
Assign work and check content of job orders to ensure all components meet quality and on-time production of jobs.Assist, mentor and work closely with the customer service reps.
Attend production meetings and communicate with CSR's and sales on status of jobs and any updates.Manage client accounts.
Provide quality samples to clients.Ensure quotes are estimated on time.Review and edit quotes.Approve invoices.Qualifications include : Minimum 3 years' experience as a Lead Print CSR and / or Supervisor in a print manufacturing environment.
Working knowledge of prepress, offset and digital printing and binding operations.Able to read & interpret print estimates, job orders and accounting ledgers.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Detail oriented able to multi-task several on-going printing projects.Good problem-solving skills.
Proficient on MSO and the internet. Excellent career opportunity with company in growth mode. Starting salary range $65,000 - $70,000 + benefits, 401k and relocation assistance.
