Job Description

• Inventory Management : Receive, store, and issue components and parts according to established procedures.
• Stock Control : Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular cycle counts, and reconcile discrepancies.
• Data Entry : Update inventory management systems with accurate information regarding stock movements, receipts, and issues.
• Quality Assurance : Inspect components for damage or defects upon receipt and before issuing to production.
• Order Fulfillment : Pick, pack, and deliver components to production lines or other departments as required.
• Documentation : Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions, including receipts, issues, and adjustments.
• Coordination : Communicate with purchasing, production, and warehouse teams to ensure timely availability of components.
• Safety & Compliance : Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
