Position Title : Architectural Solutions Project Coordinator

Reports to : Director of Architectural Solutions

Position Overview : The Construction Coordinator is an integral member of the Architectural Solutions team and will work closely with vendors / partners, management, sales, accounting, and project management personnel to ensure consistent, high-quality service on all projects.
Key Responsibilities :
- Review proposed agreements to identify contractual obligations such as financials & insurance
- Assist with developing and reviewing the financial model used to determine final pricing
- Verify project quotes to confirm accuracy and completeness of the proposal and pricing templates
- Collaborate with project management to ensure change orders are properly addressed
- Facilitate COI requests, payment applications, lien waivers, and closeout documents
- Initiate research of issues and implement corrective action as needed
- Maintain files in an organized manner and consistent with the prescribed format
- Prepare deposit requests upon acceptance and contract approval
- Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities Required / Preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Construction Management or related fields-Required
- Minimum of three to five years of experience involving construction and / or real estate activities-Required
- Proficiency in MS Project, CRM and CORE-Required
- Excellent risk management, organizational, and problem-solving skills-Required
- A high sense of urgency, able to execute on tasks efficiently and calmly when multitasking and quick thinking-Required
- Advanced communication abilities, both verbal and written-Required
- Demonstrated experience in project management and team leadership-Required
- Proven ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities-Required

- Additional experience in design-build process and offsite construction methods-Preferred
