Compensation : $95,243 to $124,987 annually depending on experience

Sign-on and relocation : Case by case

Schedule : 7a to 7p with weekend rotation and on-call

Title : NICU Nurse Manager Level IV

Oversee daily operations, quality metrics, and team development for a high-volume Level IV NICU serving families across Greater Houston.

Role highlights

Lead staffing, budgeting inputs, and clinical standards to elevate outcomes

Mentor leaders and preceptors; strengthen engagement and retention

Collaborate with physicians and ancillary teams to optimize flow and safety

Qualifications

2+ years recent NICU leadership (manager or charge)

BSN required; active Texas or Compact RN (Texas within 60 days if Compact)

AHA BLS
