The Continuous Improvement Coordinator will be responsible for projects that implement Continuous Improvement Solutions (5S, OEE Improvements, Reliability / TPM, Value Stream Mapping, Statistic Process Control) to resolve operations challenges and opportunities around operational constraints, quality and process improvements. Coordinate end-to-end from use case identification and prioritization of problems ensuring and measuring business value of results.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute continuous improvement (CI) projects.
• Track project timelines, deliverables, and outcomes.
• Ensure alignment with business goals and production schedules.
