Join our innovative IT team as our new Managing Director, Infrastructure and Operations today!

A few details about the role :

• Develop and implement Lifespace Communities' cloud strategy by leveraging Azure, AWS and / or GCP, driving a cloud-native mindset and effectively retirement of on-premises / colocation data center facilities, and hybrid environments.
• Ensure the availability, scalability, security, and cost-effectiveness of the company's entire technology infrastructure.
• Establish and maintain ITSM processes, including incident management, change management, and problem management, taking into account the specific requirements of senior living environments.
• Implement and optimize technology service desk operations, ensuring efficient and effective support for end-users.
• Oversee the Network Operations Center (NOC) and ensure the availability and performance of Lifespace Communities' network infrastructure.
• Implement network monitoring and management tools to proactively identify and resolve issues.
• Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-wide infrastructure architectures, including server, storage, and virtualization solutions, considering the unique needs of senior living communities.
• Lead the design and implementation of hybrid cloud and multi-cloud architectures, integrating on-premises and cloud environments seamlessly.

And here’s what you need to apply :

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in technology infrastructure and operations management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Familiarity with industry best practices, standards, and regulatory compliance requirements, particularly those relevant to financial services and healthcare industries.
