• Assist with high-volume travel arrangements for
• Research flights, hotels, chauffeur commutes, and timing and booking
• Book ground transportation for award nominees, including event transportation and airport transfers
• Work closely with car vendors on bookings and share driver contacts with relevant teams
• Ensure travel details are accurate by reviewing all travel documents and creating and maintaining travel movement spreadsheets
