Senior Revenue Cycle Specialist

A company is looking for a Senior Specialist, Revenue Cycle Management.

Key Responsibilities

Manage RCM operations for Enterprise accounts, focusing on claim resolution and workflow optimization

Act as the primary RCM contact in cross-functional meetings and discussions with various stakeholders

Oversee escalated claim and coding issues, collaborating with payers, vendors, and providers to resolve denials

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management, including claim resolution and payer engagement

Experience with Enterprise accounts and complex payer policies, particularly in telehealth or digital healthcare

Expertise in coding compliance and denial management

Strong understanding of health plan reimbursement guidelines

Experience working cross-functionally with clinical teams and external vendors
