We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager with 6 to 9 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Amazon Connect AWS Connect and AWS.

Experience in the Cards and Payments domain is a plus. This role requires strong project management skills to drive successful project outcomes and contribute to our company's growth and societal impact.

Cognizant's 'Customer service Transformation' team is part of Cognizant's Enterprise Platform Services (EPS). This is transforming rapidly, thanks to expanding digital technologies, AI-driven self-service, and the adoption of cloud.

Contact centers have re-shaped into experience centers that deliver pro-active, hyper-personalized services. At Cognizant, you will join a dynamic team that helps create a contact center that remodels traditional customer journeys, selects the right platforms and infuses next-gen technologies to drive better business outcomes for our clients.

Role : Technical Project Manager

Location : Atlanta, GA

Experience : 8 - 10 Years

Salary and Other Compensation :

The annual salary for this position is between $120,000 to $135,000 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.

Responsibilities

  • Lead project planning sessions to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
  • Oversee all aspects of projects including setting deadlines assigning responsibilities and monitoring progress.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status and address any issues that may arise.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of project components.
  • Manage project budgets and ensure financial objectives are met.
  • Ensure projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
  • Utilize Amazon Connect and AWS Connect to optimize project workflows and enhance efficiency.
  • Implement AWS solutions to support project requirements and drive innovation.
  • Conduct risk management to minimize project risks and develop contingency plans.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members to foster a productive work environment.
  • Monitor project performance using appropriate systems tools and techniques.
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation to meet project demands.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing best practices in project management.

Qualifications

  • Possess a strong background in Amazon Connect and AWS Connect.
  • Demonstrate expertise in AWS to support project needs.
  • Have experience in the Cards and Payments domain which is a valuable asset.
  • Exhibit excellent project management skills with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Show strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Display effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Be adept at risk management and problem-solving.
  • Have a solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Be capable of managing budgets and financial aspects of projects.
  • Show proficiency in using project management software and tools.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
