The Data Coordinator is responsible for the creation, maintenance and completeness of the Product / Item Master definition in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) application.

This includes maintaining global records in each Solta Legal Entity. The position will work cross-functionally with other departments to gain all required Product / Item Master attribute definitions prior to data entry.

The position will manually update records in D365 as required.

Principle Responsibilities & Duties :

  • Perform data entry in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) to create and maintain the item master records.
  • Coordinates cross-functionally with Customer Service, Logistics, Finance, Commercial, Supply Chain and Quality groups, as required, to create / maintain Item Master records.

Reviews new item requests for completeness and appropriate approvals prior to implementation.

  • Maintains master data integrity in D365. Responsible for maintaining accurate status of item masters and other associated records.
  • May create and / or modify processes and procedures using defined methods.
  • Attends periodic status meetings.
  • Updates and reports KPI metrics advising management of new item master record creation and release.
  • Reviews existing data management tools and suggests improvements or new tools.

Experience, Education, Training, Traits :

  • Requires a minimum of an Associates degree, preferably in a technical field or Business Administration, or equivalent work-related experience.
  • A minimum of 2 years Document Control or Production Planning experience in a manufacturing environment, particularly in the manufacture of instrumentation and / or medical devices including :

o Knowledge and experience in the utilization of ERP systems and planning tools.

o Knowledge and experience in Item Masters, Bill of Material structures and component specifications.

o Good data entry skills in an ERP environment.

  • Experience working within a rigorous quality system environment (i.e., ISO 13485, FDA cGMP / QSR) preferred.
  • Exhibits a proactive approach to job performance.
  • Exhibits excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Strong collaboration, team building, and development skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with MS Dynamics 365 a plus.
  • Experience with MS Power BI a plus.

As required by law, Bausch Health provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in the US. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location.

For this role, the range of starting pay for this role is $23 to $31 per hour.
