Your Tasks :

As a member of the Miltenyi Biotec team, you will lead and support the direct and indirect spending along with the evaluation and development of critical path materials to support our biotechnology organization headquartered in Gaithersburg.

You will work proactively with Procurement and external suppliers in placing purchase orders in accordance with lead times and operational requirements.

You will obtain order confirmations to ensure materials and services are scheduled per order requests and receive and process requisitions from internal customers.

You will also be responsible for the daily coordination, negotiation, procurement, and maintenance of materials, goods and supplies necessary for quality and timely business operations.

Requirements :

• B.A. or B.S. degree; 3-5 years of experience in a buyer / planner role; or a combination of education and experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in an ERP work environment (SAP strongly preferred).
• Proficient in the MS Office programs and have a strong analytical background and problem-solving skillset.
