Job Summary and Qualifications
The Hospitality Director, Environmental Services leads, directs and manages the operations and activities of the Environmental Services Department within assigned hospital and hospital department / campus locations.
The Director also provides consistent, high-quality service in a sanitary environment while ensuring State, Local, Federal and Joint Commission regulations, established policies and procedures and department standards of performance are met.
What qualifications you will need :
- Certified Healthcare Environmental Services Professional (CHESP) preferred.
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor's / College Degree preferred.
- 3+ years experience in managing environmental services required.
- Knowledge of hospital and health care operations preferred.
- Knowledge of hospital and health care financial metrics preferred.
- Previous management experience in a healthcare setting required.
