COUNTRY Financial is actively seeking for an experienced Information Security Architecture leader to join the Enterprise Architecture team.

This role will be responsible for developing architecture strategies and plans to adapt to modern threats, secure our infrastructure and meet compliance & regulatory needs across the different lines of businesses.

You will be a change agent constantly looking at opportunities for improvement and will be responsible for modernizing our applications landscape and eliminating technical debt.

You will also provide direction, make high level design choices, and influence decision making by collaborating with solutions architects, business and IT owners.

This position offers a hybrid work schedule based out of our corporate offices in Bloomington, IL, Alpharetta, GA, or Minneapolis, MN or a fully remote schedule.

How does an Information Security Architect make an impact?

• Create, maintain, and govern architectural views and blueprints depicting the Business and IT landscape in its current, transitional, and future state.
• Recommend long-term direction on strategic advancements within the technical portfolio.
• Define and maintain standards for artifacts containing architectural content within the operating model.
• Build a Community of Practice for solutions architecture while leveraging architectural tools, processes, and practices.
• Offer insight, guidance, and direction on the usage of emerging trends and technical capabilities.

Do you have what we're looking for?

• Experience with application security practices, identity & access management, cloud native architectures, network security, and endpoint protection platforms.
• Experience with frameworks like NIST CSF, ISO 27001 and MITRE ATT&CK.
• Experience complying with regulatory requirements like PCI, HIPAA, GLBA and NAIC.
• Experience in large scale design of complex systems and distributed architectures, in providing architecture technology oversight, and leading a team of architects through large scale initiatives.
• Working experience with architecture frameworks such as TOGAF.
• Working experience with modern agile development methodologies and practices.
• Typically requires 14 years of relevant experience or a combination of related experience, education and training.

Salary target : $131,000 - $165,000 +annual incentive bonus. The salary target represents the expected salary range of candidates hired.
