LHH is currently assisting a well-known firm in Portland, Oregon find a Litigation Legal Assistant to join their close knit team! The ideal candidate will have proficiency with Oregon state and federal court rules / procedures, electronic court filings, and docketing / calendaring rules.
Washington experience is a plus.

Responsibilities :
File management and calendaring
Drafting and editing legal documents State and federal filing
Scheduling, calendaring (including depositions, court dates, case deadlines, conferences and client meetings)
Address and handle communication with clients, co-workers, and third parties when needed
Maintain calendars, assist with time entries, coordinate travel arrangements and prepare expense reimbursements
Qualifications :
3.5+ years experience of civil litigation State and federal filing experience
Salary : $68,000-$80,000+
Benefits : Medical, Dental, 401k, etc
Hybrid : 3 days in office, 2 days remote after training
Pay Details : $68,000.00 to $85,000.00 per year
