Aegis is looking for an ERP Analyst to join our clients organization. HYBRID work scheduled after the first few months!!
The ideal candidate would have the below qualifications and experience :
Highly preferred :
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant computer science field required.
- Minimum of 10 years of strong proficiency in writing and testing RPG code.
- RPG (Report Program Generator) is a high-level programming language used primarily for business applications on IBM's midrange systems, including the IBM i (formerly known as AS / 400, iSeries, and System i)
- Infor XA - Enterprise Integrator - Infor XA is an enterprise resource planning (ERP) system designed specifically for manufacturing companies.
It's built on the IBM i (formerly AS / 400) platform and is known for its stability, scalability, and deep integration with manufacturing processes.
Preferred :
- Provide support for IBMi Power 9 and interfaced applications to ensure efficient, uninterrupted operation.
- Offer IBMi Query or SQL design and debugging support.
- SQL (Structured Query Language) experience
- NET experience is a plus.
- NETa free, open-source developer platform created by Microsoft that is used for building a wide range of applications
- Develop and enforce best practices and programming standards; define requirements for new application enhancements.
- Develop detailed work plans for design, construction, and implementation phases of application development projects.
- Conduct comprehensive unit, system, and user testing plans.
- Oversee application troubleshooting and resolve issues promptly.
- Analyze and debug daily production problems; provide support to other users as needed.
- Work off-hours to install software and troubleshoot issues, ensuring minimal disruption.
