About your new role :
As the Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex data sets to support data-driven decision-making across the organization.
This position will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including information technology, department leaders, and the executive team, to identify key performance indicators, develop dashboards, and generate actionable reports.
What you need :
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or similar role, demonstrating a track record of successfully delivering data-driven insights.
- Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
- Hands-on experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and data visualization best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities to convey complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of statistical concepts and experience with statistical analysis tools (e.g., R, Python) is a plus.
- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and data modeling is advantageous.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
